    Data Deletion

    Users and customers can disconnect Google access and request deletion of stored data.

    Disconnect Google

    A customer can revoke Wikilect access from product settings where available, by contacting support, or directly from the Google Account permissions page. After revocation, Wikilect can no longer use Google APIs for that account unless the user authorizes access again.

    Deletion requests

    To request deletion, email info@wikilect.com with the customer account, Google account, and integration details. Wikilect will delete or anonymize stored Google user data unless retention is required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

    Token revocation

    When an integration is disconnected, stored refresh tokens are deleted or disabled and the app stops using Google APIs for that account. Users can also revoke access directly in their Google Account security settings.

    Retention after deletion

    Deleted data may remain for a limited time in backups or security logs, where it is isolated from active product use and removed according to the applicable backup lifecycle.
