Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Wikilect accesses, uses, stores and protects Google user data and other customer information processed through the product.
Google data we access
Wikilect accesses Google user data only after a user grants OAuth consent. Depending on the workflows enabled by the customer, Wikilect may access Gmail messages and drafts, Google Drive files, Google Docs and Sheets files, Calendar events, and basic Google account identity information.
How we use Google data
Google user data is used only to provide visible product features requested by the user or customer, including calendar scheduling, email drafting and sending, knowledge search across approved files, document work, spreadsheet-based reporting, and human-approved customer operations.
Storage and retention
OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to maintain authorized integrations. Google content may be stored or cached only as needed to provide the enabled workflow, maintain auditability, or support customer-requested operations. Customers can request deletion or disconnect Google access at any time.
Limited Use
Wikilect does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, does not transfer it to data brokers, and does not use it to determine creditworthiness. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible in the product and authorized by the customer.
Human access
Human access to Google user data is restricted. Wikilect personnel may access specific data only with customer authorization, for support or troubleshooting, for security investigation, or when required by law. Administrative access should be role-based and auditable.
Sharing
Wikilect does not share Google user data with unrelated third parties. Service providers may process data only when needed to operate Wikilect, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, and only for the purposes described in this policy.
